Guatemala Family Lot

This is a new coffee adding to our classic roast offerings we're sourcing directly through our friends Pablo and Eva del Cid. Pablo is a fourth generation coffee farmer who we've been buying microlots from since 2020. Pablo's great grandfather began purchasing property in Santa Elena in the early 1900s and was the first person to plant coffee in this region.
Now over 100 years later, that original estate is broken up into a number of smaller farmers owned by uncles and cousins, which makes up this "Family Lot." This is a classic washed coffee that we roast as an approachable medium level to maintain the familiar profile our customers have grown to love from our Guatemalan roast.
