Welcome to the Club!

Our Coffee Club: One-Year option takes the guesswork out of your coffee routine, so you can relax and enjoy the brew without ever running low.

Simply choose the number of bags and size you’d like, and each month we’ll send a rotating mix of our latest limited releases and tried-and-true classics.

Important: 

This is our auto-renew option, which means your Coffee Club will automatically renew at the end of the year.

If you're looking for a one-time membership or want to send it as a gift, we recommend choosing our Gift of Coffee: One Year option instead!

How Much Coffee Would You Like?

You can increase the number of bags you receive each month by selecting an option from the "Number of Bags" section above.

1 x 12 oz bag = enough for about 1–2 cups (10 oz) per day for a week

2 x 12 oz bags = enough for about 2–4 cups (10 oz) per day for a week

3 x 12 oz bags = enough for about 3–6 cups (10 oz) per day for a week

Just be sure not to change the quantity above the price, as this will create multiple subscriptions instead of adding more bags to one.

FAQs

What kind of coffee will I get?

Each shipment includes a different coffee or coffees, depending on the number of bags you opted for in each order, ranging from classic roasts to farm-direct and occasionally limited-release, single-origin options. We choose what we’re most excited about roasting and drinking.

Can I choose the coffee myself?

Not with this subscription. Our team curates Coffee Club, so every delivery is a bit of a surprise. If you’re looking for a specific roast, check out the individual product pages where you can select recurring shipments of your favorites.

Will I get the same coffee twice?

Not usually. We rotate selections to keep things fresh. Occasionally, you may see a favorite return, but we strive to keep variety at the heart of this subscription.

When is the coffee in my subscription roasted?

We roast each batch fresh just before it ships out to you. That means your coffee arrives at peak flavor, never sitting on a shelf or waiting around in a box.

Can I pick up my subscription at the cafe?

We don’t offer cafe or roastery pickup for subscriptions. Our roastery operates separately from our cafes, and we only transfer product once a week, making it logistically tricky to guarantee your order is ready for pickup. Additionally, we plan our cafe retail inventory separately from subscription fulfillment to ensure both remain well-stocked. For now, all subscriptions are shipped directly to your door for the freshest, most reliable experience.

Will all my shipments arrive on the same day each month?

Not necessarily. We roast to order and ship based on when your subscription started, so your delivery date may vary slightly from month to month. You’ll get a shipping confirmation each time your order is on the way.

What’s the difference between Roaster's Choice Subscription and One Year Coffee Club?

Our Roaster's Choice Subscription is set up as a pay-as-you-go option, meaning you’re charged before each shipment and can pause, skip, or cancel at any time. The One Year Coffee Club is a prepaid subscription; you pay once upfront and receive monthly shipments for 12 months. It’s a set-it-and-forget-it option, perfect for simplifying your routine.

Does the One Year Coffee Club auto-renew?

Yes. At the end of the 12 months or 12 orders, whichever comes first, your subscription will automatically renew for another year. You’ll receive a reminder before it renews, and you can cancel or make changes in your customer portal at any time before the next billing cycle.

Where do I go to manage my subscription?

You’ll get an email before each shipment with a link to your customer portal. From there, you can skip a delivery, change your frequency, update your grind type, or cancel anytime, no hoops to jump through. If you get stuck, send us a note through our contact form or reply to that email.

Can I send the One Year Coffee Club as a gift?

Absolutely. For one-time gift subscriptions that won’t auto-renew, choose the Gift of Coffee: One Year option instead. It’s the same great coffee, just set up to end after 12 months.
