Roaster's Choice Subscription
Craving a little mystery in your mug or just not ready to commit to one roast? Our Roaster’s Choice subscription is made for you. Choose how many bags you want, how often you want them, and whether you’d like them whole bean or ground. We’ll take it from there, sending a rotating selection of our latest limited releases and reliable classics.
It’s a pay-as-you-go setup with total flexibility. Skip a shipment if you’re out of town, or add an extra bag when you’ve got guests coming. No pressure, just great coffee, on your terms.

The shipping and billing frequency of this subscription depends on the frequency you choose above. If you prefer a subscription with a one-time lump sum, we suggest our One Year of Coffee Club option.
The Roaster's Choice Subscription is a discounted, flat-rate subscription that includes a selection of our coffees, normally priced between $16 and $22 each. Standard shipping rates apply.
How Much Coffee Would You Like?
You can choose your preferred bag size—12 oz, 2 lb, or 5 lb—and adjust the quantity (i.e., the number of bags you receive with each delivery) by changing the amount above before adding it to your cart. You can update your delivery preferences at any time. After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with details about your recurring subscription.

1 x 12 oz bag = enough for roughly 1-2 cups (10 oz) each day for a week
2 x 12 oz bags = enough for roughly 2-4 cups (10 oz) each day for a week

What kind of coffee will I get?
Each shipment includes a different coffee or coffees, depending on the number of bags you opted for in each order, ranging from classic roasts to farm-direct and occasionally limited-release, single-origin options. We choose what we’re most excited about roasting and drinking.
Can I choose the coffee myself?
Not with this subscription. Our team curates Roaster’s Choice, so every delivery is a bit of a surprise. If you’re looking for a specific roast, check out the individual product pages where you can select recurring shipments of your favorites.
Will I get the same coffee twice?
Not usually. We rotate selections to keep things fresh. Occasionally, you may see a favorite return, but we strive to keep variety at the heart of this subscription.
When is the coffee in my subscription roasted?
We roast each batch fresh just before it ships out to you. That means your coffee arrives at peak flavor, never sitting on a shelf or waiting around in a box.
Can I pick up my subscription at the cafe?
We don’t offer cafe or roastery pickup for subscriptions. Our roastery operates separately from our cafes, and we only transfer product once a week, making it logistically tricky to guarantee your order is ready for pickup. Additionally, we plan our cafe retail inventory separately from subscription fulfillment to ensure both remain well-stocked. For now, all subscriptions are shipped directly to your door for the freshest, most reliable experience.
Where do I go to manage my subscription?
You’ll get an email before each shipment with a link to your customer portal. From there, you can skip a delivery, change your frequency, update your grind type, or cancel anytime, no hoops to jump through. If you get stuck, send us a note through our contact form or respond to the email.
