If you'd like to order for local pick up, please use our pre-order page and select either the Cafe (default) or the Pawtucket Roastery.  cafe's online portal

Monday - Friday 6 am - 3 pm

Weekends 7 am - 3 pm

 

Pawtucket Roastery Hours:

Monday - Thursday 7 am - 3 pm

Friday - Sunday CLOSED


When can I expect my order to ship?


We'll get your freshly roasted coffee sent your way ASAP.  We typically ship out our mail order on Mondays and Thursdays and process orders in the order in which we receive them. Knowing that, here's a couple tips on things that might hold us up:

  • We roast most days of the week to make sure your coffee is fresh out of the roaster. If your order catches us on an off-roasting day, we'll be sure to fulfill it the following day. 
  • We're based in Rhode Island, so if you live in RI or southeast Massachusetts, there's a good chance you'll get your coffee within a day or two of it being roasted. Shipping to other areas of the country may take longer. 
  • Speaking of the Post Office, most of our packages are sent via the U.S. Postal Service, typically via priority mail flat rate boxes in order to get the best pricing. We offer free shipping on orders of $55 or more, so load up on those beans! 

(Don't worry if you don't get your beans the day after they're roasted. Roasted coffee beans go through a process called off-gassing, where the flavors of the coffee will mature with time. You can read all about it in our What's In Your Cup? article.)

Once you've completed your order, check your inbox for your email confirmation with tracking information that you can use to follow those beans straight to your door.
