This is the coffee to the stars! Borealis Coffee started as a side project to our founder's work in the New England movie industry. Team Crafty, a couple of great guys who work in Craft Service on film sets across New England, gave us the push to scale the business by offering to serve our coffee on set, and they needed a lot of it. If you’re not familiar, Craft Service is the unsung hero of the film world, keeping cast and crews running with snacks, drinks, and most importantly: coffee.

Our Team Crafty Signature Roast was born from a series of cuppings between our crew and theirs, dialing in a roast that could fuel long shoot days and still shine in a quiet morning pour-over. This washed coffee brews up clean and balanced, with chocolatey richness and just a hint of playful acidity to keep things interesting. Whether you're on set or on your couch, it's a dependable go-to that always delivers.
