We've partnered with the Providence Children's Museum to bring you the Perk & Play Roast! This washed process lot comes from Finca La Providencia, now operated by Victor Hugo Anzueto. The 96-hectare estate, located in the San Pedro Necta district of Huehuetenango, has been in the Anzueto family for three generations. Victor Hugo grows Catuai and Caturra varieties ranging from 1300 to 1600 masl.

NOTE: While the tasting notes reference almonds, we haven't added any almond extracts or flavorings to the coffee in the roasting process.
